Every now and then, HipHopDx will post some real shit. This article they found, written by Professor Brian Sims, got me thinking a lot about the state of music today. I've always had beliefs that the music industry works in shady and unethical ways, but seeing someone else lay it down in writing just confirms my way of thinking. Professor Brian Sims brakes down the state of music today and goes into it using the Nicki Minaj/Lil' Kim beef, artist cloning, and radio programing.
